Applied online and heard nothing back for weeks. I then received a phone call from a manager. She asked me several basic questions, including why did I choose the Marriot. We then scheduled an in person interview. All question were basic ranging from my strengths and weaknesses to times I dealt with a difficult customer

One interview, but took 3 weeks to hear back then another month until my training class which was basically just the heads of a few departments flexing on themselves for 2 days

It was a great interview. Straight to the point but at the same time comfortable. Unfortunately, I did not get the position but I made it to the final round.
