I applied online and got invited to an in person interview the next day. It was a panel interview. Result came out 2 weeks later. Overall was a good experience. I was visibly nervous but they accepted me anyways which was unexpected.
After applying through the website, the immediate next step is the pre-recorded video interview. The interview should be treated as a formal interview, with answers ready and neat appearance. Consists of 5 questions.

The interview was done online through HireVue. It was all basic questions. They gave time in between questions to prepare what you want to answer, but just 30 seconds. No reattempts are allowed for the questions.
