Kind of Intimidating since it was the HR person and not the Chef that did the interview. That is very unprofessional in my opinion since I was going to work with him on a daily basis. You would think if you are going to work with someone on a daily basis you would be kind enough to do the interview or at least send a sous chef to do it....

From Time replying for job until I get call for interview and the hiring process take more than one month I think is long time .
