STAR method is very common for Marriott interviews. They ask you various questions and encourage you utilize this method to answer. One was describing a difficult time I overcame, another was explaining a time I was a leader, etc.

The HR Head interviewed me first. They just asked me basic questions in my first language: My experience, School, How do I know Marriott, my schedule
Then they forward me to the Manager Assistant. They asked me basic question but this time in my second language.

Had one round of screening and another round of interview with the hiring manager & director. They were very friendly and were genuinely trying to get to know me. They answered all the questions I had and asked some scenario questions based on my resume experience as well.
