The recruiter reached out to me to schedule the first phone interview after I submit my application. On the day we were supposed to have the call, she never called and only emailed me afterwards saying she had to reschedule. The second time she was supposed to call, she didn't call again and this time she didn't even send any follow up. I had to follow up with her and we reschedule again and the same thing happened. Finally we managed to speak after another rescheduling, We had a great conversation but at the end of the call she mentioned she forgot to check my immigration status and therefore I was not eligible for the role (as I'd need a visa sponsorship). It was a total waste of time and a horrible experience.
