The overall interview process was quite slow, requiring multiple follow-ups from my side to get updates. While the initial rounds were aligned with a Senior SDET role, the director-level round focused heavily on architectural and deep backend concepts, which seemed more relevant to a developer or architect role rather than QA. This created a mismatch in expectations and made the process less efficient.
