Tough assessment over the panel interview. Lengthy interview process including phones, 1:1, and panel interview at the final stage. Great host to the onsite interview though - nice accommodation provided.
The interviews were about 8 week long and consisted of 6.5 rounds. Employees in similarly situated positions did not go through the same process in that they had about 3 interview in total.
