Quick phone screen with a recruiter, then set up an in person interview. The interview was supposed to be with 3 people for 30 minutes each, but it was for an hour and a half with all 3 people at the same time. The hiring manager was the only one to ask questions. I never heard any feedback from the interview about a decision. I tried contacting the recruiter many times, he said it will be a few more weeks then stopped responding. Still haven't heard yes or no. I will not be considering Mars for any future employment opportunities it is not worth my time.
