I was contacted by a recruiter and introduced to HR of Mars. The first interview was via phone and mainly about personal fit, ambition, goals etc. After that interview, I was invited to an assessment center at Mars Verden where I had time to prepare a case study for 1,5 hours. After that I held a short presentation about my self (which i could prepare before the day), followed followed by a Q&A about the case I prepared.
