I was approached by a London recruiting agency and interviewed in depth by two consultants. They introduced me to the HR and after another phone interview I was invited to the Assessment Centre. I had to prepare a self presentation of 10 minutes and a business case. They were looking for a very strong cultural fit, along with passion for finance and strong analytical and managerial skills. The environment was very relaxed and informal, people were assertive and welcoming me. You can clearly understand immediately that Mars is an open and humble community. I received an offer in the same day.

How would you cope with a situation when you are waiting for information from somebody that is not delivering at the expected pace?
Online screening pre recorded, asks you a question then gives you some time prior to answering the questions. Standard interview questions, introduction and discussion of your experience thus far etc.

interview process was well organized and easy to schedule. the recruiter asked great questions about my background and reason for applying to the position. I would recommend interviewing at Mars.
