Setting up the interview took 2 weeks and then outcome took another 2 weeks. I was forced to give interviews at 6 am in the morning. Quite anarchy and bureaucratic HR and Hiring Managers.

Had to prepare detailed presentation, interview was competence based. Attended by hiring manager and one more peer. Asked general and role specific questions. No hard questions, no pressure, took it easy.
