applied online through monster. initially was contacted by an external mars consultant. went through a brief conversation with him, then was brought in for an initial interview. met with a finance director and HR manager. they asked the typical behavioural type questions, were easy to talk to and get along with. they give you a bag of mars products once the interview is over. was contacted within a day for a panel interview. you are presented with a case study, given an hour, with a laptop, and once the hour is complete, you present to a cross-functional panel of mars associates. they'll go around asking questions once you're done your presentations - either on your presentation's content or more behavioural questions. i was given another bag of mars products and was asked to prepare a list of references. went through that and was given an offer. it was a very fast process. once you accept the offer, they send you a nice basket to your house with more products/welcome gifts/book. it is an open concept office which is quite disarming at first, but you get used to it quickly.
