The interview process had two phases. The first was a phone screening about you, your skills, and your expectations. The second was an interview with 4 people from the company, most of them from the same team you are supposed to work with. They make you do an assignment for 10 minutes and present it to them. They are supposed to give you feedback at the end of the week because they promised it, but you never hear from them again.

Interview with 5 different people from different areas. Questions based on leadership behaviors, little technical questions were asked, they want to know if you have the personality to work there. Experience and knowledge come second.
