Process is usually 2 stages. Initial face to face or Teams 1: 1 with potential line manager. If successful, usual practice to have a group selection day in head office, along with other candidates.

A standard corporate assessment centre which involved a series of exercises. A good way to understand how the company operates, see culture in action and meet current employees. A challenging but enjoyable experience
