Entrevista
Had 2 interviews - one with HR and one with hiring manager. Interviews were typical. Both employees assured me they would let me know either way if I was selected to move forward. After a couple weeks, I followed up with HR. She was going to speak with hiring manager. Never received another response from her or hiring manager. Incredibly unprofessional that someone can’t type the time to send even an automated email saying you were selected to move forward.

First, I sent the application, then I had to perform som personality tests to say what I would do in certain situations, among various options. The next stage was an Online Digital Video Interview.
