Entrevista
- Call with HR, standard questions, assesssing whether you were a good cultural fit
- Interview with Program Director - a few competency questions, discussion around experience and what you wanted to do next in career
- Interview with Head of Change - walk through in CV (10 minutes), has to prepare a slide deck on where you brought order from chaos in one of your roles
All interviews were very thorough and lasted one hour+

Entrevista
Completed online application and about a week later I received a screening call from the recruiter to discuss the position, my experience, general interest and fit. Within a few days I received a call back to schedule 3-4 face to face interviews. All of them took place within a month. Within a week following the interviews I was contacted to discuss the compensation details and then offered the position several days later.
