Poor interview process, lazy people and poor organization. First interview scheduled, but interviewer was not available on date and there was no communication. After calling HR confirmed that it was rescheduled as interviewer is gone for honeymoon vacation and new date was given for after one week. On the day of second interview, I called HR to confirm if any invite was sent as there was no invite in my mailbox. She said use the same interview link. They were so lazy as they cant send a new interview link. The second time also cancelled as Interviewer is just came from honeymoon vacation so he is tired and rescheduled for third time and asked to join using same link. This time also new invite was not sent. On third day interviewer finally arrived. I can see from his face that he was tired and sleepy. I had to control myself to stop laughing looking at his face. Interviewer asked about my jobs and responsibilities and I answered the same. Then he asked about the work done by me and achievements . I answered all with all achievements and awards and inventions. He then again asking me the same question as tell me what is you achievements. He was in complete sleep mode and tired. He is not able to understand the responses from me as he is totally lost his mind. I took his picture so that I can show to my friends what a funny incident it was. He even didn't notice that. When I looked at his linked in profile I got to know he is not even stayed in any organization for more than a year.

There is 3-4 rounds. Meet with many from the organization. Good company. There is hood building security and is in a hood location from port authority. Is this meeting the requirement now?
