The email asked me to pick a date for the interview with the senior IT/ hiring manager. I followed the instructions in the email, picked a date for the interview, Half an hour prior to the start of the scheduled interview. I got an email : "The interview is cancelled due to interviewer’s decision." I emailed the recruiter : " Please let me know a suitable time for the rescheduled interview, and I will make the necessary arrangements to ensure my availability." No reply, I was completely ignored. This was unprofessional, sub-standard communication skills from Marsh McLennan personnel.

The interview was positive and engaging. The team was welcoming, asked insightful questions, and shared valuable information about the company. It seems like a great organization, and I'm excited about the opportunity.
