After a quick recorded video interview I was granted a live video interview. Most of the questions were behavioral, but some were to test what I knew about the company and my knowledge of insurance and risk management. The associate that interviewed me was very kind and easy to talk to.

Took a few months of talking with a variety of people in the organization. One Zoom and 4 phone calls. All casual conversations. Everyone was super nice and well-spoken. Just talked about 15-30 minutes about my experience and asked questions
Got an email about a month after applying online to complete a Hirevue interview. Been over a month since completing and still haven't heard anything. They don't give you any contact info. for recruiters so you can't really follow up. Would be nice to receive an update on if I'm still being considered or not.

Entrevista
The interview process was totally virtual allowing you to record your answers to certain questions. You could record your answer up to 4 times. After completing, there were 4 live interviews with current employees in your home office. They each asked 3-4 questions.
