The Marsh recruiters were highly responsive, receptive, cooperative, and welcoming. I was flown from my university several states away to the Boston office to interview, and interviewed with four senior-level executives representing all different departments. Services were accomodating. Interest was genuine.

Entrevista
Very straightforward. They didn't really ask technical questions; more of a preference for coverage and a lot of behavioral/ situational questions. Mainly situational and questions to get to know the personality of the individual.

Fast, easygoing, not pressurising. Interviewers are often very nice and chill. individual then group allocation, asked to do a presentation. Followed by a couple psychometric tests which vary in difficulty.
