The first round is the video interview. There are 3 questions which involve recording your answer for 3 minutes each and 5 questions which require written answers. It takes over 3 weeks to hear back from the HR team for the next round. The final round is face-to-face interview at Marsh office at Collins Square with the team leader. The interview is held for around 45 minutes, discussing about the role, division, experience, value and employee's questions. Then the result of the interview is given on the next 48 hours after the final interview.

Applied online as I saw marsh was hiring via a webpage. I was then invited to do a web interview, which was then reviewed and after a few weeks was asked to attend an in person interview. After the group interview a background check was done and I accepted a position at Marsh
