I only received the outcome of this after 4 months, when I was told to attend an in person Assessment Centre (AC). I received plenty of information about the days schedule in advance, there was even a zoom meeting arranged ahead to go through this with the applicants and answer any outstanding questions. I was told exactly what needed to be prepared and what to expect which made the more comfortable. The recruitment team are very friendly and were happy to reply to any emails or phone calls, about the AC or the offer.
