Codility online assessment (Allowed to use AI tools), Screening Call with HR (approx. 20min) mostly general behavioural questions, Project Presentation with two interviewers from Tech team, show code base etc.
The hr was reading the question from the iPad so quick that I can't hear the question clearly. They ask if I have any non-academic technical projects and describe it. They reject me because of not having "personal" projects.

Did an OA where they allowed you to use AI to solve problems in multiple different languages (that you'd probably be unfamiliar with). Followed by behavioral screen, which I didn't pass as I was unprepared and the recruiter seemed very unimpressed with me
