It was a phone interview, conducted more like a professional conversation between me and the recruiting interviewer where general common like questions you would expect to be asked in a normal in-person interview.

The interview was pretty straight forward, not hard at all. No behavioral questions or "tell me about a time when". I mean, its a retail job, they're just looking for people who can perform the job duties!
