Entrevista
I was called in for an interview for the next day. I work black slacks and a colorful blouse. I was asked a couple questions then I was hired on spot. The questions were
-Why would I be a good candidate to work for marshalls.?
-What does customer service mean to me.?
-Do I have reliable transportation.?
-Have I ever worked retail before and if so what were my job duties.?
-Have I I ever had a conflict with a coworker and if so how was it handled.?
That was about it.

Entrevista
Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
The interview process was quite easy and the interviewers were nice. There was a 10 minute phone screening and then a 20 minute interview with the manager at the store location.

Applied in person then got a call back for an interview. Interview was short and easy, great part time work for students or someone looking for extra money. Only downside is shifts aren’t consistent.
