It took about two to three weeks from application before offer made. 1. Initial phone screening 2. Panel interview 3. Job offer 4. Physical and Drug screening ( very intense screening as they are DOT regulated) 5. Start date. It was a fairly smooth onboarding process. Even though it was an office job, you still had to go through rigorous physical due to DOT guidelines. That didn't make sense to me, but it is the process.

The interview process was routine, first the human resource screen, then discuss with hiring manager the open role. Questions asked were typical for the role applying to, such as my aspirations for the future, my current employment history and discussion of work life balance.
