Interviewed first with the recruiter and hiring manager on the phone. Then went to an in-person interview. It was a strange interview. Some of the interviewers were warning me that the company has lots of politics and I should not "make waves". Another one was very aggressive and told me she didn't understand why I was brought in because in her view they needed a technical writer, instead of a manager (Which is what the position was for). Another interviewer never showed up. Even if I had received an offer, I would have declined it.
