During the interview process, I met with several different senior staff members. They were friendly and inviting but a bit intimidating. Panel interviews are always difficult though, because it is uncomfortable to engage with everyone and not seem repetitive. A lot of questions about my background but not a lot of questions about problem solving skills or real life solutions to issues.

The first interview was a quick zoom call where they introduced the company and the position, then asked about my qualifications. There weren't any technical questions or tests of knowledge.
