Applied online. A week later got contacted about quick HR interview over phone, then did a virtual interview with Superintendent, then they flew me out to do final interviews with management.

The process starts with a screening phone call from HR. After that is a phone interview with employee related to position. Finally was an onsite interview with two upper-level management positions.

The interview process was pretty simple
-Interview from HR
-Interview with Sr. field engineer
-Final interviews with Management
I basically had an interview every week, and the whole process to an offer took about 1 month.
