Easy to regular process. They showed me around the manufacturing floor and discuss different processes. I talked about my experience and school work during the walk. There were not any behavior questions which makes me think they do not focus on personality.

Basic walk through and asked about prior experience and basic fillet weld test, then it got odd. Asked if I was desperate for a job (not very professional), and fished with questions about my prior salary was before coming to the interview. By the sound of it now are close to my prior salary, I was a bit relieved to not have been made an offer.
