This is a door-to-door sale company no matter then mention that it is a marketing company. And interview is just going through your working experience and you will definitely get your second round interview. The second round interview is just ask you to make door-to-door pitch.
They ask you to come in for a short 30 minute interview. Asking you general questions. Then they ask you to come in for a 6 hour interview. Where you learn the job is a scam and they want you to do door to door sales.

Called for interview. Spent five minutes with a manager, and then told I would be called if I was selected for the second round interview. Received a call two hours later to say that I was invited to the "second round" the following day. The next day, before I left with the trainer, I was informed that it is door-to-door sales and compensation is commission only. I didn't stay.
Bait & Switch at its finest. No matter the job description posted, it will be door-to-door sales. If you're actively searching for employment, don't waste the time it takes to get scammed by this "company". You will come out of it having wasted the travel time to get to the first "interview", and then having wasted about ten hours of your life on the second "interview", walking around knocking on doors for free. You won't be paid for your (wasted) time.
Noticed the "president" comes on here monthly to copy and paste the same spin job answer to those interviewees that called them out on their nonsense. If they really just want you to get an idea of the process to make sure the role is a good fit (or whatever garbage), they could do that over the phone ("Hey, it's ___________ from Mass Vision. Just want to let you know this is a door-to-door sales job that's commission only. Do you want to interview with us?"). People understand what door-to-door sales with no base salary means. No one needs to be duped into squandering several hours of their lives to figure it out. Rather than fix their dubious interview practices, they're trying to control the message by suggesting that it's the negative reviewers faulty perception of the process when, in reality, any reasonable person would find it suspicious.
Also, Glassdoor's policy prohibiting a company from posting fake positive reviews doesn't actually preclude dishonest businesses from doing it. BEWARE.
