My advice to MassMutual would be to make it a requirement for interviewers to call from office phones. The interviewer called from a personal phone and the reception was spotty. I could barely hear anything.

Entrevista
An initial technical videoscreen going through exploratory data analysis in R / Python. Knowing your way around thinking about categorical data would be a good idea. Although its a data scientist role, it does not seem like there is much machine learning at the company. It would be a good idea to look how DS impacts their products
