Basic interview process. Contacted over the phone by a recruiter to set an appointment for an interview. When asked about salary expectations, I was honest with what I made currently, knowing this may be difficult to match but I made a point to tell them I had room to negotiate salary. The recruiter said it would be no problem to match what I made. Had the interview, pretty standard STAR questions and never heard another word from them.
