The application/hiring process was unnecessarily long & had a lot of moments the recruiter/company would just ghost. I was contacted by the recruiter, had initial phone screening & nothing happened for a month. Then, recruiter with a false sense of urgency sets up an interview with a senior manager & went silent for another month. I had final interview with managers & im still waiting for a response. In total, it’s been almost 4 months of this unnecessary back & forth.

applied on the website, received email from recruiter, set up phone interview with recruiter, had phone interview, phone call lasted about 20 minutes and will hear back soon via email
