They treated it as a sales pitch on why I should work for them which I wouldn't have minded however it was entirely based on I should work for them because of how much money I would make and the perks I would get if I get a lot of sales. They did not even mention that our goal is to also help the customer that we are working with. They also wanted to know the net worth of the people I know which was an immediate red flag because I'm not sure if they did research on me or not but I have connections to relatively wealthy individuals, families, and companies through friends and family and I am not going to give them all that information right out of the gate. They also mentioned how it is entirely commission based which I hate because it shows that they have no faith in their new hires and only want to take what the new hires bring.

Recruiter reached out and only gave pros. When I dug deeper to get further detail he didn't know concrete info. Felt more like a desperate way to try to recruit due to a high turnover rate.

Entrevista
I was referred by a recruiter to interview with a financial advisor for an in-office role. During the interview, several red flags came up. They asked about my citizenship, and when I said I am American, they implied that could not be true because of my last name. Later, after I mentioned that I speak another language, they said, “That’s great, we’ve been aiming to target that community,” which deeply disturbed me.
Pretty straight foward super friendly
Very nice went through behavioral questions a few technical and mainly talk about your background and why you’re a good role good fit. Overall, positive experience, super friendly showed enthusiasm.
