After applying, I was invited to interview and booked time on the calendar provided. The person interviewing did not show up to the meeting. I emailed at 10m past the meeting time to make sure I had the correct Zoom meeting room, and again at 20m past that if they could not attend, we could reschedule. However, they did not respond until a full week later asking to reschedule. When I declined, they told me I would not be considered for any future positions at the company.
