I interviewed for a position in the Lenox office representing District 1. Two men took turns asking 6-8 predetermined questions, some of which were difficult technical questions. They were both very nice, and were understanding when I struggled remembering answers.

they emailed for an interview. the process took about 1 month. they were friendly. interview was mainly easy and not daunting. the interview was not difficult. they talked about past experience.

Entrevista
Standardized interview conducted by two senior employees. They asked me some behavioral and basic technical questions, and actually had me do a short quiz. It was a fairly smooth and easy interview. Have patience though, they do take a bit of time to get back to you. However, the salary quite a bit below market value, and because of this I had to decline the job offer. Overall a positive interview experience.
