I first got a phone call asking if I was available to speak on a conference call with the team members (~8 researchers). Phone call was about an hour long and I was asked about my current job, previous experience, and asked about technical skills. After that, I had a very small group of team members with a presentation of a previous project I worked on followed by a question and answer session regarding the project.
