Entrevista
I had a short phone interview and was asked to come into the office. The first interviewer I spoke with was very friendly and asked me a few basic interview questions, and gave me a detailed job description. Then I spoke to the associate program director and she immediately asked me to describe everything that the previous interviewer told me about the job. I did not get the position—my tip would be to take short notes during the interview, which I did not. Both interviewers wanted to know my weaknesses, and this question seemed very important to them.

Had two interviews. First was with other CRCs working in the lab; the second was with the PI of the lab. Both consisted of structured interviews with fairly standard interview questions followed by allotted time to ask questions.

Second-round with program managers/director, also a 30-minute video call, with more behavioral interview questions, more focused on my specific background and how my skills can transfer to the jmob

I had one round of interview with CRCs, then a second round of interview with the lab PIs. Interviewed remotely on Zoom, each interview was around 30 minutes and some time to ask questions at the end.
