I received an email about a good time to do a phone screen. During the screen I was asked basic questions about my experience, what I'm hoping to end up doing, and just general information about this particular lab. After the phone screen, I ended up interviewing with 4 people in the lab. It was very laid back and low pressure. A couple of weeks later I received an email about discussing logistics and received an offer that was too low for me to accept ($16/hour), unfortunately. It's hard to justify making a starting teacher's salary after earning a Master's degree in science. The overall interview itself was very casual and felt a lot more like a conversation.

Had two interviews. First was with other CRCs working in the lab; the second was with the PI of the lab. Both consisted of structured interviews with fairly standard interview questions followed by allotted time to ask questions.

Initial 30-minute video call with clinical research coordinators, standard behavioral interview questions. Second-round with program managers/director, also a 30-minute video call, with more behavioral interview questions, more focused on my specific background and how my skills can transfer to the jmob

Entrevista
I had one round of interview with CRCs, then a second round of interview with the lab PIs. Interviewed remotely on Zoom, each interview was around 30 minutes and some time to ask questions at the end.
