I applied to the Clinical Research Coordinator position at Massachusetts General Hospital in January of 2018. In February of 2018, I received an email from an employer, and after a few email exchanges, I had a phone interview. After 2 days, I got called back for an in person interview held in the beginning of March 2018.

Had two interviews. First was with other CRCs working in the lab; the second was with the PI of the lab. Both consisted of structured interviews with fairly standard interview questions followed by allotted time to ask questions.

Initial 30-minute video call with clinical research coordinators, standard behavioral interview questions. Second-round with program managers/director, also a 30-minute video call, with more behavioral interview questions, more focused on my specific background and how my skills can transfer to the jmob

Entrevista
I had one round of interview with CRCs, then a second round of interview with the lab PIs. Interviewed remotely on Zoom, each interview was around 30 minutes and some time to ask questions at the end.
