It was easy I met with an HR woman and then my Boss she asked me basic interview questions. It was easy and short. My boss lied about the position and told me I would be working in a different department than I am.

Must have open availability, rotating shift is the norm. Remember to dress professionally, show respect, and have a positive outlook. Obviously, it is like most interview processes with the employer trying to get to know you as a potential employee. So be prepared to answer questions about yourself and your future plans.
