it first started with emails from the employer after online application was accepted , zoom interaction with PI, three recommendation letters then PPT presentation on zoom with whole lab, then one on one with lab members.

The application was accepted through email or online. There is short interviews with PI and lab members. Then, scientific presentation for the unit members. The presentation time is about 1 hour including question and discussion.
