Very easy – the process was primarily chatting through what set me apart from other candidates, why I wanted to work with Massage Envy, and what I could bring into the environment.
The interview process was easy and straightforward. There was a focus on customer service and how to handle certain customer interactions. Talking to the hiring manager felt like a conversation and was very easy with little pressure.

Just asked about me, my strength and weaknesses and what my availability was like. It was a very casual conversation with the manager there at the location. She made me feel super comfortable and was easy to talk to. It didn’t really feel like an interview which was super nice
