First was introduced to the manager, the interview took place in her front office. Everyone was polite and welcoming and she was very down to earth and easy to speak with herself.

I was asked about my previous job and how that experience was similar or could lend to their position. She did not ask many of the common interview questions.
The interview process was easy and straightforward. There was a focus on customer service and how to handle certain customer interactions. Talking to the hiring manager felt like a conversation and was very easy with little pressure.

Just asked about me, my strength and weaknesses and what my availability was like. It was a very casual conversation with the manager there at the location. She made me feel super comfortable and was easy to talk to. It didn’t really feel like an interview which was super nice
