Very easy and I felt comfortable when answering the interview questions. I felt like I could loosen up and not feel nervous about whether I would get the job or not.

Q: When was a time where you had to help a customer in a area that wasn’t your job?
The interview process was easy and straightforward. There was a focus on customer service and how to handle certain customer interactions. Talking to the hiring manager felt like a conversation and was very easy with little pressure.

Just asked about me, my strength and weaknesses and what my availability was like. It was a very casual conversation with the manager there at the location. She made me feel super comfortable and was easy to talk to. It didn’t really feel like an interview which was super nice
