Make sure you memorize the script. Be sure to say it in detail. Your ability to recite the script determines whether or not you will get the job. Be friendly during the first interview. If you have no college degree be sure to substantiate your interview responses with real world experiences or past job experiences. Most of the people I have seen fail the interview have no brain. if you are half decent at speaking and motivated you will ace the interview. memorize the script.
