INTERVIEW ROUNDS
Round 1: HR Screening
The first round was with HR, focused on understanding my background, basic fit for the role, and overall career goals. It was a good introduction to the company and set expectations for the next steps.
Round 2: Vibe Round / Culture Fit with Global Head
This round was more in-depth and centered on my roles and responsibilities in past experiences, along with my motivation for joining the organization. The interviewer also provided clarity on expectations from the role. It felt like a genuine two-way discussion to assess alignment on both sides.
Round 3: Technical Interview with Senior Manager
The third round was more technical, focusing on concepts relevant to the role. It was thorough but fair, testing both subject knowledge and problem-solving approach.
