They called me after i applied to a business analyst position on LinkedIn, they called about 3 times and each time its like it was the first time that they called me as if none of the hr employees have knowledge of whats going on. After multiple standard screening calls they scheduled an online interview, the interview was pretty much a basic one but they didn’t tell me what’s the position each time i asked they would just say “we have multiple positions and we will see where you fit best” but to be honest it’s like they dont know what’s going on. they asked in the interview if i was interested in a position that wasn’t in even aligned with my background and the they told me about their graduate program which is 2 years long! With a very minimum salary comparing to the market’s average for fresh graduates (they offered not more than 9k a month)
