The phone screen was so brief (5 minutes) that I wondered why it was scheduled in the first place. The recruiter was 10 minutes late to the call, then looked at my resume, and said "we want someone already doing this; are you interested in [position x] instead?" Noted that someone would get back to me, which of course they never did. I have 6+ years in similar roles, so the whole experience was confusing.
